The sustainability of Canada's immigration rate can be argued in both directions. The acceptance of immigrants isn't quite where it could be, but is content nonetheless. They have chances at better lives, and Canada has much to offer. On the other hand, if new Canadians are constantly moving to areas with large populations already, the sustainability will dwindle as the economy can no longer support the growing number of residents.
